ENDER

1. Ender's actually at the God tier level in regards to the hierarchy within the Blank Space and [Susicivus] universe, embodying part of the essence of Chaos/Reason, though being somewhat affiliated with the God of Life/Conception
   
   
2. Technically they're genderless; in being part of Chaos/Reason, Ender's actually a shapeshifter so they'll generally stick to the suited form for the most part - that being said, they don't really give a flip about it all by the end of the day
   
   
3. Ender technically doesn't have a limit to body augmentation so they'll take "go big or go home" literally when they feel it's appropriate/whenever they want
   
   
   
   
4. Ender's partnered being in Chaos/Reason is DISCOURSE
   
   Ender's generally seen as the more controlled side of Chaos/Reason, ultimately resulting in them being a sass pack of power to boot; DISCOURSE, on the other hand, is significantly less controlled until they're able to subject themselves to self-mutilative practices. Ender's usually the voice of reason for DISCOURSE and will usually be the one to calm them back down when shit hits the fan a little too hard
   
   
5. They enjoy taking the piss out of the lower God/Demi-God tier characters in the hierarchy, particularly Jaeger due to his disposition/stance on his size, where Ender will generally take his form and follow him about just to irk him for the giggles
   
   
6. THERE IS A REASON FOR THE OBNOXIOUSLY LARGE SHOULDER PADS
   
   
   Why the two pairs of horns.....no idea at this point; the general consensus is that they saw a starfish and was like....omg starfish head BEST IDEA EVER and thus the unofficial nickname of Starfish Head I:

7. Ender does have a....human equivalent form (i.e. a more orthodox skin tone) however they still end up being on the larger end of the spectrum to put people off
   
   
   
8. Ender actually started out as a GPOY character, however they seemed to develop into their own sort of character (hence adding the pile of characters with a side fringe) to the point where they were almost going to get their own story (Ausfallen) however that's deviated entirely so they're now a part of the Blank Space/[Susicivus] universe

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT
Once a price has been confirmed, I will start on your commission once I've received full payment through Paypal only.
Do not send payments through until I've confirmed that the funds can be sent through.
DEADLINES
If you have a deadline that must be met, please specify this beforehand so I can organise my schedule accordingly to ensure I can get it done within the required time frame.

• Sketches/Linearts/some Experimental/some Playmat options will not incur any extra prices
• Paintings/some Playmats/Character Sheets will incur a 10% price increase
• Speedpaints will incur a 15% price increase 
• If you have chosen an option not listed here, I will inform you if there are any extra costs

If I feel I cannot meet your deadline, I will inform you of this prior.
REFUNDS
If you choose to cancel your commission, you are only entitled to a refund at my discretion.
If, however, any issues come up and I cannot complete your commission in a satisfactory amount of time, you will receive a full refund if you choose to proceed with the refund option.
​RIGHT OF REFUSAL
I retain the right to refuse a commission request if I'm not comfortable with request or if I feel I cannot at all deliver to a standard that's acceptable for me

  However, if I concede after a discussion and you wish for me to proceed, you will not be entitled to a refund and will receive
   whatever I'm able illustrate to the best of my ability
APPROVAL & PROCESSES
Once all details, including price, have been confirmed, I will provide my details and payment must be done before the commencement of your commission

• Sketches and some Experimentals do not have an approval stage; they will be provided as is
• Linearts/Paintings/Playmats/Character Sheets/Speedpaints/Previously Discussed Options will have a sketch approval stage
  Once the sketch has been approved, I will proceed from there - any large changes or faults that had not been pointed out before sketch approval will be adjusted at an additional charge calculated by myself based on the degree of change assuming I've agreed to proceeding, or will not be adjusted. 
  If I do not receive a confirmation on the sketch/sketches provided within a week, your commission will be considered Paid/Unclaimed and I will not proceed/will work on other commissions in the meantime. After a period of time, I will consider your commission void and you will not be issued a refund. 
  Any issues with timing must be addressed beforehand to ensure I can work it around my schedule to ensure satisfaction
  
• I reserve the right to decline excessive adjustments to commissions if I feel you're using them to your advantage or otherwise

Once your commission has been completed, a JPEG and hi-res file will be sent through to you; PSD and SAI files won't be made available.
[RE]DISTRIBUTION AND PRIVACY
I own the copyright of the artwork, and I have the right to redistribute them for other commercial and non-commercial purposes.
You, however, will still retain the copyright of any characters, concepts, environments and subjects applicable that you had supplied that were not of my own copyrighted material.
At the completion of your commission, your commission will be uploaded to various social media websites, these including:

• Deviantart
• Tumblr
• Instagram
• Facebook

If you do not wish your username/name to be made public, please inform me beforehand and I'll label it as "Anonymous" or term specified otherwise.
If you do not wish your commission to be made public at all, a 5% compensation fee will incur to make up for the lack of exposure
You may upload your commission as long as you inform me beforehand and credit me under the term "Created by Heilei" and link back to me accordingly. If you commission me for a non-coloured piece and wish to colour it/photomanipulate it into another design etc., this condition still applies along with the requirement of you informing be prior to proceeding.
These commissions are for personal use only, if you wish to utilise my services for commercial use, please specify this beforehand and your commission request will be treated accordingly.
You are not permitted to redistribute my work without my permission; this includes the usage of my work for trading cards, book covers, CDs, photomanipulations etc.

Holy balls it's been ages and figured an update of the sort should...be in some form of order

Essentially it's been a bit of a +/- baloney ride with things here and there; uni's kicked back up and it's the last semester so admittedly there's some mixed feelings on the whole graduating part of it all. I study geology and there's been a bit of a...falling out of interest...sort of - it's a weird scenario which confuses the fudge out of future planning so it's like WHAT THE BALLS DO I DO vs THANK BALLS FOR NO ASSESSMENTS ASSUMING ALL GOES TO PLAN D|
Otherwise it's work as usual, (lack of) sleep, food-y goodness and the occasional social shindigs as such!

Other than that, it's more work on [Susicivus] for the most part; the general...getting characters and the tweakings down pat, getting environments and maps and what not done up, the usual stuff D| It's still ages away from what I'd want it to be however will get there eventually - partly the whole "want to do a webcomic but at the same time main aim is to do at least a basic RPG blasé baloney" is a contributing factor D|

The integration of colour is just absolutely stunning, especially towards the right-most portion of the image plus just the VIBES, ALL OF THE AIURG VIBES - the smokiness for the overall piece melded in fabulously with it as a whole <D

Seriously going through with the colours and it was really lovely to see Anguis with such a warm colour palette in comparison to the usual cool colours I shove him with; the linework in particular is absolutely lovely and the general...laid-back nature was a fabulous contrast to the norm
